DRIVING HISTORY / MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT

If your potential new employee will be operating company vehicles, getting a Driving History Report (MVR) is imperative. The MVR shows current license(s), traffic violations, suspensions, and any related court ordered actions.

A release form signed by the applicant is required before we can process the MVR.
